Getting to Know: LunJi

Lun Ji was born in China. He now lives in Montreal, where he has lived for the past 7 years. He is a Fine Arts student at Concordia University. Ultimately, he would like to work on his art and sell his prints so he can travel the world. He may decide to do a Masters degree, but if not, he wants to travel to Asia or Europe, or anywhere outside of Montreal! He would love to visit San Francisco and Chicago because they are “happening” places in the art world.

Lun Ji can speak Chinese, French and English. He has studied English since he was in grade 3.
This is his first time in the Explore program. He chose to come to Vancouver because he has never been here before and it is very far away from Montreal. He really likes the campus here at the University of British Columbia because it is very spacious and close to nature.
